Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and booking engine operated by Istria Luxe Hotels d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company). By accessing and using this website and/or booking engine, you confirm that you are familiar with these Terms and Conditions and that you accept them in full. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website or booking engine.

- GENERAL PROVISIONS The website and booking engine are intended to provide information about accommodation facilities, services, prices, availability, and to enable online reservations. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue any part of the website and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective upon publication on the website.
- ACCURACY OF INFORMATION The Company strives to ensure that all information published on the website, including accommodation descriptions, prices, photos, and availability, is accurate and up to date. However, the Company does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or error-free at all times. The Company reserves the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
- USE OF THE BOOKING ENGINE Users agree to use the booking engine solely for legitimate inquiries and valid reservations. It is prohibited to: provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information make reservations on behalf of third parties without authorization misuse the system or attempt unauthorized access The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse reservations in case of suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.
- RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS A reservation becomes valid only after the Company issues a booking confirmation. Payment, deposit, cancellation, and refund conditions are defined in the offer and/or booking confirmation and are binding. The Company is not responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
- Cancellation policy & return days The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge 5 days or more before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged. Non-refundable – The guest will be charged 100% of the total accommodation amount if the reservation is cancelled at any time. No-show – If the guest does not arrive, the total reservation amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation where a refund applies, the refund will be issued to the same card used for payment. The refund processing period is up to 14 days from the date of refund approval.
- LIABILITY Use of the website and booking engine is at the user’s own risk. The Company shall not be liable for: direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website technical issues, interruptions, or service unavailability loss of data, profit, or business opportunities The Company is also not liable for force majeure events or circumstances beyond its control.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, design, graphics) is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
- EXTERNAL LINKS The website may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Croatia.
- FINAL PROVISIONS If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. These Terms enter into force upon publication on the website.
- Complaint policy The guest has the right to submit a written complaint to the Merchant in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Act (Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act), including an email address and/or postal address for the delivery of the response. Complaints can be submitted via email: info@palazzorainis.com The legal deadline for responding to a written complaint is 15 days.
